VIVIO ANCHORS HARDING LINE
Jeremiah Vivio has climbed the ladder very quickly. He anchored the Cougar line for several years. Now he is doing the same thing, only at different level. Vivio is a redshirt sophomore but has quickly asserted himself as the leader of the offensive line for the Harding Bisons. The former Cougar lineman started every game for Harding University this past season. Vivio was a starter last season as a redshirt freshman as well. The 6'4 245 lb Vivio plays the key left tackle position and anchors the Harding offensive line. Vivio graded out higher than any other Bison lineman this past season.

COUGAR DUO SIGN WITH TUSCULUM
Goodpasture Cougar seniors Robert Walls and Devin Haynes both signed with Tusculum University this week. For several years both players made a huge impact for the Cougars and now take their game to the next level.
BANQUET AWARDS: DEFENSIVE MVP
This year the Defensive Most Valuable Player goes to #44 junior linebacker Jason Arrington
JETS RE-SIGN TURNER
Multiple sources are reporting that former Goodpasture Cougar and current New York Jets wide receiver Patrick Turner has been signed to a one-year deal worth $650,000. Turner was scheduled to become a restricted free agent. The 24-year-old had eight catches for 96 yards and a touchdown for the Jets last season. Turner was drafted by the Dolphins in 2009 out of USC. The Jets picked him up off waivers in 2010 and he bounced between the active roster and practice squad for that season. He began last year on the practice squad but was signed to the active roster after Week 1. click here for more on the story
